Okuzokwenza
- Izinkukhu ezimbili zezinkukhu (ezingenasici, ezingenasici)
- 1/2 indebe (120 ml) amafutha omnqumo
- 2 wezipuni juice juice (ijusi 1 lemon enkulu)
- 2 amathisipuni (10 ml) Dijon Mustard
- 2 amathisipuni (10 ml) uju noma ehlanzekile
- i-agave isiraphu
- 1/2 isipuni (2.5 mL) i-anyanisi powder
- 1/2 isipuni (2.5 mL) i-thyme eyomile
- 1/2 isipuni (2.5 ml) usawoti

- 4 izinkomishi (1 litre) imifino ehlanganisiwe isaladi (wageza)
Indlela Yokwenza
1. Hlanganisa amafutha omnqumo, ijusi lemonti, lwesinaphi, i-anyanisi powder, thyme, usawoti kanye nomnyama omnyama eklasini eliphakathi noma eplastiki. Faka izinkukhu amabele esikhwameni sepulasitiki esivuselelekayo. Ukushayela izipuni ezimbili zokugqoka phezu kwazo. I-Reserve ehlala igqoka ngokuhamba kwesikhathi. Qinisekisa ukuthi ziboshwe kahle.
