- 3/4 indebe / 180 mL. stock (yenkomo noma inkukhu)
- 2 wezipuni / 30 ml. Amafutha e-Olive
- 2 amathisipuni / 10 ml. iwayini elibomvu
- 1 ithisipuni / 5 mL. I-Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ithisipuni / 5 mL. usawoti (ulwandle)
- Pepper omnyama ukunambitha
- I-Mustard Aioli:
- 1/2 indebe / 120 mL. imayonnaise
- Isipuni 1/15 mL. isinaphi (umhlabathi wamatshe noma i-Dijon)
