- 2/3 indebe / 150g yoghurt elula
- 1 isipuni usawoti
- Izipuni eziyi-1 1/2 zibomvu powder
- 1 isipuni komhlaba coriander

- Faka i-beetroot epanini elikhulu, ikhava ngamanzi amaningi futhi ulethe emathunjini.
