- Ngokuba i-Rub Rub Wet:
- 1/4 indebe yamafutha omnqumo
- 1/3 indebe i-oregano (fresh, eqoshiwe)
- Amaqabunga angu-4 kuya kwangu-5 (oqoshiwe)
- 1 isipuni cider uviniga
- I-1/2 kuya kwe-1 isipuni usawoti (ukasawoti olwandle)
- 1 isipuni anyanisi powder
- 1/2 ithisipuni i-garlic powder
- 1/2 isipuni pepper omnyama

- Hlanganisa i-grill ukuya ekushiseni okuphezulu okuphakathi.
- Ngoba amalahle enza umcengezi womlilo, ngakho-ke unehlangothini elishisayo nelinye eliphakathi.

- Vumela ama-steaks ahlale amaminithi ambalwa.
- Faka ama-steaks endaweni yokugcoba eshisayo bese upheka cishe imizuzu emibili ngakunye, uma nje kukhona amamaki ama-grill amnandi.
- Nciphise ukushisa noma uthuthele eceleni kwe-grill.
- Qhubeka nokugcoba imizuzu engu-10-12 noma kuze kube yi-steaks ifinyelela umnikelo oyifunayo.
- Uma usuphekwe, susa ekushiseni bese uvumela u-steaks ukuphumula okungenani imizuzu engu-5.
