Faka isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi kanye ne-zucchini zibe yinkqubo yokudla futhi wenze okufanayo, bese ufaka leyo ingxube yekhukhamba. Phinda nge-fennel ne-pepper, vula le ngxube esitsheni, bese utamatisi kanye ne-jalapeno, bese uphendulela nalawo esitsheni. Hlanganisa ukuxuba.
- Hlanganisa indebe eyodwa yemifino ye-yemifino iphinde ibe yinkqubo yokudla, bese ufaka ijusi yetamatisi, amafutha omnqumo noviniga kanye nenkathi ngosawoti kanye nopelepele. Puree ingxube bese uyifaka esitsheni, ugqugquzele ukuhlanganisa kahle futhi uhlole izimpande.
- Gcoba isobho okungenani amahora amathathu, futhi kuze kube yizinsuku ezimbili (uma uvumela uhlale efrijini, u-flavour meld ngaphezulu), futhi ukhonze kakhulu. Gcoba kahle ngaphambi kokusihlwa bese udlulisa ama-lime wedges uma uthanda.
