- 1 inkukhu yonke yokusika
- 1/2 indebe (120 mL) soy sauce
- 1/4 indebe (60 ml) ukupheka omile sherry
- Izipuni ezimbili (45 ml) amafutha omnqumo (noma i-canola)
- 3 clove garlic, nengulube
- 1 isipuni (5 mL) isinki somhlabathi
- 1 isipuni (5 mL) pepper omnyama
- 1/2 isipuni (2.5 mL) nutmeg

1. Hlanganisa i-soy sauce, i-sherry, i-oli, i-garlic, i-ginger, i-pepper ne-nutmeg. Hlanganisa kahle.
