Indlela Yokwenza
- Sishisa i-griddle ekushiseni okuphakathi.
- Uma ushisa wengeze imbewu ye-cumin kanye ne-roast eyomile kuze kube yilapho ephunga kancane bese uqala ukuthola umbala omnyama. Thatha i-griddle uma lokhu kwenzeka futhi ushiye epulatifeni ukuze uphole.
- Hlanganisa ikhukhunathi egayiwe, ama-chillies aluhlaza, kanye ne-cumin ye-cumin bese ugaye ku-paste elibushelelezi ku-processor yokudla.
- Hlanganisa i-yogurt kuze kube yilapho ubhekelele futhi ungeze indebe yamanzi kuwo. Hlanganisa ukuxuba kahle.
- Engeza ingxube-kakhukhunathi-isipayisi, usawoti ukunambitha kulokhu bese uvuselela kahle.
- Beka ingxube epanini elisindayo-phansi futhi ukushisa kancane kancane emlilweni ophakathi. Hlanganisa ngezikhathi ezithile ukuvimbela ingxube ukuba ibambelele epanini noma ishisa ... ubisi kanye neminye imikhiqizo yobisi kubonakala sengathi iqothule kalula!
- Ngesikhathi esifanayo, ukushisa amafutha okupheka emifino / i-canola / i-sunflower noma ubeke epanini elincane ngelangabi eliphakathi, engeza ama-chillies obomvu, imbewu yama-cumin namaqabunga ama-curry kuwo.
