- 1/4 indebe ghee
- 2 anyanisi, oqoshwe kahle
- 1 tsp. i-ginger unamathisele
- 2 tsp. i-garlic unamathisele
- Inkinobho ye-sinamoni engu-1 intshi
- 5 ama-pod of cardamom
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. i-cumin powder
- 1 tsp. i-red chili powder
- 2 1/4 lbs. (1 kg.) Inkukhu engenalutho, isikhumba sisusiwe
- 1 inkomishi inkukhu stock
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- 5 kuya ku-6 tbsp. ukhilimu obunzima, whisked
- 2 tsp. i-garam masala
Indlela Yokwenza

- Engeza isitokisi nosawoti ukunambitha bese upheka kuze kuphekwe inkukhu, imizuzu engaba ngu-10 kuya kwezingu-15.
- Hlanganisa ukhilimu ukuqinisekisa ukuthi ayikho izimpumputhe kuwo futhi ungeze ngokunamathisela i-alimondi enkukhu bese uvuselela kahle.
