- Hlanganisa konke ndawonye bese uguqa kuze kube bushelelezi.
- Thatha u-15% wengxube bese uhlukanisa ngamabhola amabili noma amathathu bese uwapha ngesandla. Bilisa amanye amanzi epanini elincane bese upheka lezo zingxube ezithwetshiwe kuze kube yilapho zihamba phezu kwamanzi.

- Hlanganisa zonke izithako kanye nezikhathi zokugcoba ukugcwalisa ndawonye ngokulinganayo bese ushiya eceleni imizuzu engu-20.
- Hlukanisa ukugcwaliswa zibe amabhola amancane bese ubafisa kuze kube nzima (kulula ukwenza i-tangyuan uma ukugcwalisa kunzima).
- Sebenzisa i-pastry ukumboza ukugcwaliswa nokuyenza ibonakale njengejamo nxazonke.
- Ukubilisa ngamanzi ukupheka i-tangyuan futhi uma behamba phezu kwamanzi baphekwa.
- Sebenzisa elinye ibhodlela lokupheka ukupheka isikhala ngenkathi i-tangyuan ibilisa bese ufaka isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi aqoshiwe kanye nama-shallots omisiwe esitokisini bese uzinikezela isitokisi ngethusi kasawoti kanye namafutha esisame.
