- I-250 gms inyama esele (iwundlu noma inyama yenkomo) curry
- 1 inkomishi iRismati irayisi
- 1 anyanisi esikhulu
- 2 utamatisi amakhulu
- 2 tbsps unambitheka u-garlic
- 1 tbsp i-ginger unamathisele
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 izimpukane eziluhlaza zifaka ubude obude
- 1 tbsp i-garam masala powder
- 1 inkomishi ehlanganisiwe (ubhontshisi, uphizi, izaqathe, ukholifulawa, amazambane, njll)
- 2 1/2 izinkomishi zamanzi ashisayo
- 3 tbsps amafutha ommbila / i-canola / i-sunflower yokupheka
Indlela Yokwenza
- Geza kahle irayisi bese ugosa embizeni yamanzi imizuzu engu-15-20.
- Lishisa amafutha epanini elijulile, elinzima-phansi futhi ungeze u-anyanisi. Fry kuze kube segolide.
- Engeza u-garlic kanye nama-pastes we-ginger kanye gazinga kuze kube nsundu.
- Engeza zonke izinongo eziyimpuphu, utamatisi nama-chilies aluhlaza. Fry kuze kube yilapho amafutha eqala ukuhlukaniswa nama-masala.
- Yengeza irayisi, i-curry inyama esele, ama-veggies, namanzi bese uxuba kahle. Engeza usawoti ukunambitha.
- Letha irayisi emathunjini, imisi, ikhava uphinde upheke kuze kube yilapho wonke amanzi esomile. Uma irayisi isalokhu ingasetshenzisiwe ingeza ingxenye yendebe yamanzi kuyo futhi uqhubeke upheka.
- Khonza ukubhobhoza okushisayo nge-yogurt fresh kanye ne-pickle.
