- 2 wezipuni yogurt (unsweetened)
- Izipuni ezimbili zamanzi we-lame (noma ijusi lemon)
- 2 amathisipuni garlic unamathisele
- 1 isipuni se-ginger unamathisele
- 1/2 isipuni esiluphulile isiliva
- 1/2 isipuni
- i-turmeric powder
- 1/2 isipuni usawoti
- Ukugcwalisa:
- 3 wezipuni amafutha angathathi hlangothi (imifino / canola / sunflower)
- 3/4 ithisipuni imbewu cumin
- 2 anyanisi ophakathi (oqoshiwe)
- 2 amathisipuni garlic unamathisele
- 1 isipuni se-ginger unamathisele
- 10 ama-ounces / 300 g emhlabathini wenkomo (noma iwundlu)
- 1 isipuni coriander (umhlabathi)
- 1 ithisipuni cumin (umhlabathi)

- Geza ngokuphelele inkukhu ngaphakathi, ususe noma yiziphi izitho noma amaphakethe we-giblet, nangaphandle.
- I-Pat eyomile ngamathawula wephepha bese ubeke eceleni.
Yenza i-Marinade
- Esikhathini esikhulu, esitsheni esijulile, hlanganisa i-yogurt, i-2 tablespoons juice juice, 2 amathisipuni omunwe we-garlic, i-1 isipuni se-ginger unamathisele, i-powder, i-turmeric, nosawoti.
- Beka inkukhu yonke kule marinade bese uyigqoke kahle. Gcoba isidlo ngokugqoka eplastiki bese uhamba amahora amabili kuya kwangu-3 esiqandisini.
Yenza Ukugcwalisa
- Ncoma amafutha wezipuni amathathu ku-ok noma epanini elijulile ekushiseni okuphakathi.
- Engeza imbewu ka-cumin futhi gazinga iminithi elingu-1. Engeza anyanisi kanye gazinga baze baphendule umbala wegolide obomvu.
- Engeza 2 amathisipuni omunwe we-garlic no-1 isipuni se-ginger unamathisele futhi gazinga iminithi elingu-1.
- Engeza inyama yomhlabathi, umhlabathi we-coriander, i-cumin, i-garam masala, nosawoti ukunambitha.
- Qhubekisa ukugqamisa inyama enhlabathini, ivuselela kaningi ukuvimbela ukushisa. Lokhu kufanele kuthathe imizuzu engama-5 ukuya kwangu-7.
- Engeza utamatisi, uphizi, namazambane bese ugxuma bese upheka kuze kube yilapho amazambane elula.
