- Ama-gms angu-500 Bengal gram ufulawa (besan)
- 1 1/2 indebe yogurt omuncu
- 1 i-tsp ginger unamathisele
- 1 tsp green chili unamathisele (engeza ngaphezulu uma uyithanda spicier)
- 2 tbsps ushukela
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 i-tsp lime noma ijusi kalamula
- 2 tbsps izithelo usawoti noma baking soda
- Usawoti ukunambitha
- Ukufutheka: 2 tbsps yemifino noma i-canola noma amafutha okupheka
- 1 imbewu ye-mustp emnyama
- 1 tsp
- imbewu yesesame
- Amaqabunga ama-6 kuya kwangu-8
- 2 izimpukane eziluhlaza zifaka ubude obude
- 1/2 indebe yamanzi afudumele
- Ukuhlobisa: 1/2 indebe eqoshiwe amaqabunga ama-coriander ahlanzekile
Indlela Yokwenza

- Hlukanisa izithelo usawoti / i-baking soda zibe izingxenye ezintathu ezilinganayo bese wengeza ingxenye eyodwa kwingxenye ye-batter. Hlanganisa kahle. Thela le batter kwisitsha sokugcoba bese uyifaka ku-steamer.
