- 1 ithisipuni / 5 ml mlanga usawoti
- 1 ithisipuni / 5 ml omusi kalamula

Hlanganisa ukudlala futhi ulungiselele ukugcoba okungaqondile. Bilisa ummbila imizuzu engama-5 ukuya kwangu-8 noma kuze kube ngethenda. Vumela ukupholisa ngokwanele ukusingatha.
