Okuzokwenza
- Inhlanzi yonke (ihlanzekile, njenge-tilapia, i-rainbow trout, i-sea bream, i-snapper - ifakwe uma iqhwa)

- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- 3 tbsp. ushukela (isundu noma isundu)

Indlela Yokwenza

- I-taste-test the sauce, wengeze inhlanzi ngaphezulu inhlanzi uma kungenjalo usawoti ngokwanele, ushukela ngaphezulu uma omuncu, noma ngaphezulu chili / sauce isiliva uma kungenjalo okubabayo ngokwanele.
- Thela i-sauce ibe yi-pan sauce bese ubeke eceleni kuze kube yilapho.
