- 1/2 indebe sooji / semolina

- 5 tbsps amafutha yemifino

Ukwenza i-koftas:
- Beka izinhlanzi ze-tuna endizeni enkulu, ejulile bese ubeka kuze kube yilapho iziqu ziphukile ngokuphelele.
