- 3 wezipuni / 45 ml mlanga juice
Indlela Yokwenza
1. Yenza umquba owomile ngokususa i-pepper, i-anyanisi powder, i- chili powder , i-garlic powder, nosawoti onolisiwe ube esitsheni ukuze uhlangane.
2. Faka amaphiko ezinkukhu epulasitiki enkulu evuselelekayo. Thela emshinini owomile bese ushuthumela ukuze ugqoke amaphiko kahle. Hamba okungenani imizuzu engama-30 (ekamelweni lokushisa) noma uma nje amahora angu-24 (esiqandisini).
3. Lungisa amalahle usebenzisa amakhilogremu amathathu amalahle. Qinisekisa ukuthi amalahle asemgqonyeni kolunye uhlangothi lwe-grill yakho noma ugwayi.
Emva kwamalahle ephendukile amhlophe, faka izinkomishi ezimbili ze-apple izinkuni ezinamathele futhi ezicwilisiwe emgqonyeni wamalahle. Beka amaphiko ku-grate ukuze bapheke ngokushisa okungaqondile - ngamanye amazwi, hhayi phezu kwamalahle - bese ubhema ngomzuzu wama-25. Vula amaphiko bese ubhema ngomunye imizuzu engu-20 ukuya kwangu-25.
2. Hlanganisa uju, i-sauce ye-barbecue, nomsizi we-apula ndawonye epanini elincane. Pheka phezu komlilo kuze kube yilapho ushisa, cishe imizuzu engu-2-3.
3. Beka amaphiko epanini elilahlayo bese uthulula umshukela ofudumele phezu kwamaphiko. Hamba ukugqoka ngokulinganayo. Ukumboza nokubhema eminye imizuzu engu-20 kuya kwezingu-30, uvuselele ngezikhathi ezithile, kuze kube yilapho i-glaze isiphelile ngendlela oyithandayo ngayo. Uma usebenzisa i-grill, ungakwazi ukuhambisa i-pan aluminium ngqo phezu kwamalahle ngenkathi ubhaqa amaphiko. Izinkukhu zezinkukhu ziphekwe ngokugcwele uma izinga lokushisa langaphakathi lifinyelela ku-175 degrees F.
