- 1/4 indebe / 60 ml I-parsley yase-Armenia (eqoshiwe; ungasebenzisa i-leaf leaf parsley ngalokhu)

- 1/2 isipuni / 2.5 mL pepper omnyama
- 1/2 isipuni / 2.5 ml omnyama obomvu pepper (hlela ukuthanda kwakho)
- 1/4 isipuni / 1.25 mL i-allspice powder

Beka zonke izithako ze-marinade ku-processor yokudla bese uphaqa kuze kube yilapho ingxube ibe yinto ehlanzekile. Indawo yokunquma imvu yegundane ibe isikhwama sepulasitiki esabuyiselwayo. Thela i-marinade ngaphezulu, isikhwama sokufaka uphawu nesendaweni esiqandisini amahora angu-12-24.
Preheat grill. Susa ama-chops esikhwameni bese ufaka kwi-grill. Pheka ngokushisa okuphakathi okuphakathi kwamaminithi angu-5-7 ngakunye, ngokuya ngobuningi futhi uma befinyelela izinga lokushisa langaphakathi lika-145 degrees F.
