- 4 wezipuni i-juice juice (ijusi lama 2 lime)
- 4 Tbsp. i-fish sauce (etholakala amabhodlela amade ezitolo zokudla zase-Asia)
- 4 Tbsp. amafutha (njengekakhukhunathi noma i-canola)
- 2 tsp. ugaliki
- 1/2 indebe coriander fresh (oqoshiwe)
- 1 isilili elibomvu elisha (elifunwa futhi elincinciwe, OR 1/2 tsp pepper cayenne)
- 1/2 tsp. ipulazi elimnyama eliphansi
- 2 inqwaba ye-tsp. ushukela obomvu (awunamathwali)
- Okuzikhethela: 1-2 tsp. ibhotela
Indlela Yokwenza
- Hlanza i-scallops ngaphansi kwamanzi apholile. I-pat eyomile bese ubeka endishini enkulu yokuxuba.
- Sika i-mango noma i-peaches kanye ne-red bell pepper ibe yizinhlayiya ezilingana nobukhulu be-scallops (olwandle olwenziwe nge-scallops, ufuna izingcezu ezinkulu). Beka lokhu esitsheni nge-scallops.
- Beka zonke izithako 'ze-Marinade / Sauce' (ngaphandle kwebhotela) ndawonye epanini lesoso. Faka kahle ukudala i-marinade encane, kodwa ehlwabusayo.
