- I-prosciutto engu-1 (eqoshiwe)
- 2 wezipuni / 30 mL ukhilimu osindayo
- 2 amathisipuni / 10 mL shallots (minced)
- 4 i-clove garlic (i-minced)
- 2 amathisipuni / 10 mL cornstarch
- 1/4 isipuni / 1.25 mL pepper omnyama
- 1 ithisipuni / 5 mL iparsley fresh (ihlisiwe)
- Ukukhuphuka kwenkukhu:
- 1 1/2 amathisipuni / usawoti 7.5 mL
- 1/2 isipuni / 2.5 mL oregano omisiwe
- 1/2 isipuni / 2.5 mL i-thyme eyomile
- 1/2 isipuni / 2.5 ml omisiwe i-parsley
- 1/4 isipuni / 1.25 mL marjoram
- 1/4 isipuni / 1.25 mL powder powder
- 1 ithisipuni / 5 mL umhlabathi omnyama
Indlela Yokwenza
1. Geza amabele enkukhu ngamafutha omnqumo. Hlanganisa i-rub rub mix bese usebenza ezinkukhu zamabele. Ukumboza kanye nefriji imizuzu engu-20-30.
