- 1 1-2 ithremu / 450-900 g i-steak flak

Indlela Yokwenza
1. Hlanganisa i-grill yokupheka okushisa okuphezulu.
2. Hlanganisa ukugcina, i-whisky, ne-chiles ndawonye esitsheni. Hlukanisa ngesigamu. Hlanganisa ushukela obomvu, i-chili powder, usawoti kanye nopelepele. Gubha phezu kwe-steak flank. Indawo ye-steak kwi-grill imizuzu engu-5. Flip bese uhlikiza ngesigamu se-glaze bese uqhubeka nokugcoba imizuzu engu-4. Flip okwesithathu, shayela ngaphezulu kwe-1/2 ye-glaze.
