Okuzokwenza
- 1 indebe fresh sitaphal / custard apula impande (imbewu isuswe)
- 2 amaqanda abamhlophe
- 400 ml ukhilimu obuningi / obunzima / ukhilimu kabili, obunwetshiwe
- 1/3 indebe ushukela ube ipowder enhle
- I-1/2 tsp i-vanilla essence
Indlela Yokwenza
- Esigodini esijulile, faka i-apple ye-custard ibe yipulapthi eqinile usebenzisa iforki. Manje vala ngokunamathisela ukugoqa bese ubanda kancane (kuze kube yilapho idwala eliqinile !!).
- Ngenkathi i-Sitaphal ishaqeka, shaza ama-2 amaqanda abamhlophe esitsheni esihlanzekile, esomile ngesibambo sokubamba izandla kuze kube yilapho bethola khona amaphuzu anamanzi. Isihluthulelo ukuhlukanisa amaqanda amhlophe ezikhukhuleni kakhulu, ngokucophelela ... ngisho ne-yolk encane kunazo zonke izokuvimbela abamhlophe ukuba bangene futhi bazoba nomthelela ekutheni ukukhanya kwe-ayisikhilimu kukhanya kakhulu.
- Esikhathini esitsheni esisodwa, gcoba ukhilimu, ushukela, kanye ne-essence ndawonye. Qaphela ukuthi ungazwakali kakhulu njengoba ukhilimu ungaba ibhotela! Lokhu kwenzeka kumfowethu kanye nami izikhathi ezimbalwa ngakho ngikusho ngezwi lokuhlangenwe nakho!
- Manje engeza i-custard apula impuphu engxenyeni yekhilimu bese usebenzisa i-spoon ukuxuba lezi zinto ndawonye.
- Ngenisa kahle le ngxube kumhlophe abamhlophe ... umqondo uwukugcina umoya omningi emaqanda abamhlophe ngangokunokwenzeka ukuze uthole ice cream, i-fluffy, i-ayisikhilimu ekhanyayo. Uma usuhlanganisiwe ngokugcwele, uthele esitsheni sefriji bese umboza ngokunamathisela.
- Sula amahora angu-3 noma uze uqine. Susa kusukela efrijini futhi uhlase futhi uphinde ubusheleleke.
- Phindela emuva efrijini bese ushiya lapho ukuze uqinise futhi. Hamba ungene emabhodini owodwa bese ukhonza!
