- Isiqephu sesayizi sesithupha se-galangal (noma i-ginger), esincaniwe kancane
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 i-lime igwebe emacaleni - ukukhonza
Isinyathelo 1: Beka ukakhukhunathi owomile ube epanini lokuthosa ukuze uligcobe. Vula ukushisa kuze kube semkhatsini ophakeme futhi uvuselele kakhukhunathi ngokuqhubekayo, "ukucheka okumile" kuze kuphenduke igolide (1-2 imizuzu). Faka ukakhukhunathi osiketsheziwe esitsheni sokuxuba.
ISIPHUMA SOKUKHOKHA: Ngishiya epanini emlilweni kuze kube yilapho kushisa, bese uyisusa ngenkathi uqhubeka nokuvuselela ikhukhunathi. Uma i-pan igcwele, i-coconut izoshisa.
