- 2 izinhloko ze-romaine ulethisi (ehlanziwe kahle futhi eqoshiwe)

- Geza izitho bese ubeka eceleni ukukhipha. Sika amathumbu ngobude ngezikhali futhi uhlanze kahle ngaphansi kwamanzi asebenzayo. Gubha ngamanzi akasawoti omuncu kanye nejusi lemon, bese uhlanza amanzi ngaphansi kwamanzi.
- Letha amanzi amaningi anosawoti emathumba bese ufaka izitho. Bilisa cishe imizuzu engama-3, bese wengeza amathumbu bese ubilisa eminye imizuzu emihlanu. Hlanganisa uphinde uthinte izingcezu ezincane.

- Engeza ingxube kwisobho, ugubungele futhi umboze ummbila ngethawula. Vumela ukuhlala imizuzu engu-10 ngaphambi kokukhonza.
